What bigfann keeps on each sale
The fee covers payment processing, GST invoicing, payouts, hosting and moderation. It is shown in the app before you list anything, and deducted before payout.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play carry the store’s own commission instead. Fees may change with 30 days’ notice in the app.
When the money reaches you
Plans, courses, digital
Settle 7 days after the sale, once verification is complete.
Physical goods
Settle 7 days after delivery, so returns are covered.
Events and trips
Half on day one, the rest 3 days after the event ends. Bookings settle after the call.
Payouts go to a verified bank account or UPI ID through RazorpayX. They are held while a dispute or refund is open, or until verification is done (within 14 days, ₹10,000 in sales or 500 members, whichever comes first).
Pricing questions
Is there really no cost for members?
None. Members pay creators for what they buy; bigfann’s fee comes out of the creator’s side.
When does Pro make sense?
The fee difference on most sales is 3 percentage points. At ₹33,000 a month in sales that saves ₹999, so above that Pro is cheaper; below it stay on Free.
Can I switch plans?
Any time. Pro is billed month by month with a 3-day grace on a failed payment; cancel and it ends at the end of the month.
What about GST?
Prices you set are GST-inclusive; bigfann issues the invoice with your GSTIN and the tax lines. Your earnings report is ready for your CA.
How do refunds affect fees?
A refunded sale returns its fee. See the refund policy for the rules per sale type.
