Who can use bigfann

bigfann is for people aged 13 and over. Users under 18 need a parent’s or guardian’s consent and cannot become creators, receive payouts, or buy age-restricted items. Members are never shown each other’s names, numbers or profiles and cannot message each other, which removes the main route by which strangers reach minors on chat apps.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Any sexual content involving a minor, real or generated, including text, drawings and “role play”.
• Grooming: befriending, flattering or pressuring a minor for sexual purposes, or asking a minor to move to another app.
• Sextortion, sharing or requesting intimate images of minors, or advertising such material.
• Communities, courses or products that sexualise minors in any way.

How we enforce

• Automated filters and AI review flag suspected CSAE content for immediate human review.
• Confirmed material is removed, the account is banned, and the case is preserved and reported to the relevant authorities in India and, where required, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• Every report is looked at within 24 hours. Reports about child safety are prioritised above everything else.
• Creators are responsible for enforcing these standards in their communities and can be removed from the platform for failing to do so.

Responsible person

We comply with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules under it, and cooperate with law enforcement. See also the community guidelines and privacy policy.
