You can delete your bigfann account yourself, from the app, at any time. Deletion is scheduled 30 days out so a change of mind can undo it; after that your data is erased except for the records the law requires us to keep.
In the app
- Open the Profile tab (the last tab in the bottom bar).
- Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the list.
- Read what will go — your memberships and aliases, your posts, comments and messages, your course progress and certificates.
- Confirm. You are signed out of every device immediately and the account is erased after 30 days. Sign in again before then to cancel.
Creators: deleting your account closes every community you run, for all its members. Pending payouts are settled after open refunds and disputes are resolved.
What is erased
- Your phone number, name, photo, email and profile.
- Your memberships and the alias you had in each community.
- Your posts, comments, reactions, poll votes and messages to creators.
- Course progress, certificates, saved items and downloads.
- Your devices, sign-in sessions and notification tokens.
What is kept, and why

None of these can be used to contact you or identify you to other users.

Before deleting, you can download everything bigfann holds about you: Profile → Language, data & downloads → Download my data. It arrives as a file in the app.
Cannot open the app?
Email mike@bigfann.com from any address with the phone number on the account, or call +91 80931 08555. We will verify it is you by sending a code to that number and then schedule the same 30-day deletion. Requests are acknowledged within 24 hours.
