## FAQ
### Do my members have to install an app?
They can use the Android app or join in the browser. iPhone is coming soon. Your link opens the community page first, then takes them straight into your group.

### Can I bring my paying members across from Telegram?
Yes. Post the tracked link in your old group, and upload a CSV of paying members. They’re matched by phone and keep their renewal dates.

### Can members screenshot paid content?
On Android, screenshots are blocked in protected groups, and lessons carry a watermark with the member’s ID. iPhone is coming soon.

### When do I get paid?
Seven days after a sale for most things, after delivery for physical goods, and in two parts for events. Payouts go to your verified bank account.

### Do I need to verify before I start selling?
You can sign up and set everything up straight away. Selling opens once you’ve verified your ID and bank account, and that same check gives you the verified badge members look for.

### Is it available in Hindi?
Yes. Members can use the app in Hindi or English.
